Friday 7:15a.m. - 5:30p.m.
Registration
In order to be considered for enrollment at CLASS Academy, all families must attend a
guided tour that will give the philosophy, procedures and expectations.
CLASS Academy hosts one Open House every year to provide prospective families
the opportunity to learn more about CLASS Academy.
If those touring are given a registration form, the form, registration fee and current
immunization records must be turned in within two weeks of the initial tour.
If the child is wait-listed due to toilet training or lack of space available, these forms
and fee must still be submitted to assure a space.
Pre-registration
Tuition
Please note: Monthly Tuition is due on the first of the month and includes before and
after school supervision (7:00 am to 6:00 pm)
Monthly Tuition: $750 per child
A reduction in tuition is available for siblings.
Receipts for tuition may be received by writing on your tuition envelope. "RECEIPT
PLEASE." The receipt will be pinned on the front bulletin board. End-of-the-year tax
receipt requests must be given 7 days prior notice.
Annual Fees
- Annual Registration Fee : $125
Due in March
This fee includes supplies, materials and books.
- Field Trip/Lessons Fee : $150.00
Due in September
This fee includes ice-skating lessons, swim lessons, plays and all other field trips the
children attend throughout the year. All students are included in these activities.
- CAPA Dues : $200.00
Due in June
This fee, payable to CAPA, supports teacher recognition and appreciation, teacher
birthdays, classroom funds, and other staff incentives.
- CAPA “Fair Share” :
CLASS Academy thrives due to the constant support of our parents.
There are two ways to fulfill this commitment.
Option A) Pay $250 annually. This fee will cover any and all volunteer requirements
for your family during the year (e.g. not necessary to come to Maintenance Days etc.)
Option B) Complete and log 20 hours of volunteer work per family (10 hours per
single custodial parent). If you fail to log 20 hours, you will be responsible for any
lacking time at the rate of $15 per hour.
There are many ways to volunteer at CLASS Academy. Here are just a few
opportunities :
*Maintenance Days
*CAPA Board position
*Serve as a classroom Parent Liason
*Auction Committee member
*Auction helper (night of the event, set up, basket making party)
*New Student Open Houses
*Lunch supervision
*Office help
*Spring Performance
*Chaperone for field trips
*Robotics coaching
Other Fees
NSF Fee - A $35 NSF fee is charged for any checks returned by a bank. Cash or
cashiers check must replace the NSF check.
Late Fee - There is a per child late fee. This fee is $10 for the first 10 minutes and $1
per minute after that.
Assessment Fee- A $25 fee is charged for prospective student assessments.
