  • All students at CLASS Academy are required to wear uniforms daily. With the exception of the V-neck cardigan sweater, which must be purchased from Dennis Uniforms, CLASS Academy does not require that the uniforms be purchased from any one individual supplier.  However, we recommend uniforms be purchased at Dennis Uniforms or Lands End. Our program receives a percentage of sales reimbursement from Dennis Uniforms and Lands End. Please use the information provided here as a reference for purchasing school uniforms:

    Navy blue pants (twill)*
    White or red polo shirt

*Viking, Eagle and Liberty girl students may wear navy blue skirts instead of a jumper

  • Swim Lessons:
Student's are required to wear a solid red swimsuit for swim lesson days. One-piece for girls, trunks for boys. Costco sometimes carries solid red swimsuits. Other places to look are Portland Swimwear and J.D. Pence.

    Resources for School Uniforms:

    Wal-Mart

  • CAPA (CLASS Academy Parent Association) Uniform Sale:

  • Twice per year, parent volunteers help organize a CAPA Used Uniform Sale. All items are between $3.00-$6.00. CAPA accepts used uniforms for this sale that are in great condition.

Please note that the staff is very sensitive to the younger students (particularly Toucans) who may occasionally have "accidents." For that purpose there are cubbies in the downstairs bathrooms for a spare set of clothing in the event that a student needs a change of clothing. Each cubby is labeled with the student's name (Toucans only). If you are a Toucan parent, please keep a fresh change of clothing in your students' cubby at all times. For slightly older children that may have the occasional accident, parents can leave a change of clothing in the student's backpack if necessary.

CAPA (CLASS Academy's Parent Association) is a non-profit, parent run organization that supports CLASS Academy in many ways. CAPA financially supports our school's curriculum budget, purchases playground and gym material, provides healthy student snacks, teacher appreciation gifts, and much more. All parents become members of CAPA upon their students' enrollment.

There are two annual CAPA requirements for each family:

1) $200 annual CAPA fee per one-child family ($100 per additional child)

2) 20 CAPA Parent Hours are required per family. These hours can be accomplished in many different ways. Some include:

*Volunteering at Maintenance Days (one Saturday per month her at school)

*Assisting during student lunches (11:30am - 12:30 each week day)

*School Carnival- helping before, during or after the Carnival

*Chaperoning during student Field Trips
