You know those cute moments when your child walks up to you and says the silliest of things? I’m happy to report I get so many of those throughout the day and because they do brighten my day I thought I’d share a little joke that one of the students shared with me today.
What does a cloud wear under a raincoat?
Now for the more adult content.

With our students rotating to appropriate math and reading groups throughout the day and before and after school changing this will enlarge our bubbles. We will have teachers covering various classrooms during after school hours in order to be able to provide child care. We will do our best to keep various cohorts separated but I want to ensure you all understand what extending our hours means. We are all in this together. Quite literally. My bubble is your bubble and our bubble is everyone’s bubble. So, if you haven’t already, please go get vaccinated. If you are planning travel, play dates, tutoring, therapy, etc. please do so with caution. Ask the people if they’re vaccinated and / or what precautions they take. Think of our kids and families who may be considered at a higher risk. Think how NO ONE wants to go back to distance learning. NO ONE. Thank you.
Class Dojo is a great way to stay connected to many aspects of the going-ons of CLASS Academy. If you are not connected, reach out to Ms. Peterson. She’ll help you out!
If you are already connected, be an active member. It’s a great way to encourage the teacher to keep posting, to find out about events, and more!
Alright, everyone. We let some things slide a bit during COVID. No big deal but come fall our uniform policies will be strictly enforced. So, prepare your kids now that track pants, sweatpants, yoga pants, etc. are not uniform attire. Backpacks need to be navy blue, jackets need to be red. You got this.
Don’t have uniforms that fit those growing children?! That’s OK! CAPA will save the day at the Used Uniform Sale on Saturday, August 21 from 10am-3pm in our parking lot. There are lots of good items at great prices!
That’s all for now.
Have a great weekend and be safe!
